if you care about your career as a rapper, make singles, gain some real buzz and then release an lp or at least an ep and sell it. put in some real work. experiment with what's hot, listen to different music.
i really think termanology is a perfect great example of some serious talent going to waste due to choosing the wrong ways in the music industry.
nobody knew who he was two years ago... until that mixtape & primo banger.
speaking of which, he sent out a myspace message a few days ago... looks like he got another primo banger.
ok, whatever, it might have been a year ago as well, but i hope you still got my point.
anyway, the primo thing is cool, i hope he uses that track right, not for some sorry-azz mixtape. watch how it go down was crack and i loved it, but it was used for internet buzz, which was .
Dazt Your right He should of had an official album by now. Dude is nice I hope he doesn't go down as mixtape mc..
yeah, maybe it's not even that necessary to have an album out, but he should work for promo and singles way harder if he wants to stay relevant in the game.
mixtapes are easy - you dont have to work hard, you dont have to promote, you dont have to sell, it's comfortable, but just like in real life, you'll get used to it and become lazy.
fortunately things aren't looking that bad for him, but he should change his attitude towards his album. i don't want that dude to go down as a mixtape rapper either.
I mean he's still tryin to get his name out there and get a buzz goin by droppin those mixtapes cuz you know most people have never heard of him except people like us that check the message boards etc.... most people are just playin whatever is on their radio.........
