I heard that Death Row was estimated to be worth $300 million when Dre left.

the story I heard was that Death Row was worth $300 million and Dre and Suge were 50/50 partners. But Dre wanted out, so he took $30 million cash and bounced leaving 100% of Death Row with Suge. That was in 1995. And by 1997, Snoop bounced, Pac was dead, Suge was in jail and Death Row didn't have anybody good.

^^If the above story is true, then Suge was the 100% owner of Death Row in between the time Dre bounced and Pac died. he must have been worth alot at that time.

Cause they made their biggest money outside music, they probably made like 30 percent of their money on music jay and puff, master p probably made 90 percent of his cash since he was indiependent and made 75% of the money and sold 75 million copies with like 130 releases.

Well if you figure he was at 100 million or 300 million back in the mid 90's thats comparable to a lot more money today. But he went to jail and didn't have as much opportunity to keep gaining money like the rest of them. Its like sports...go compare players salaries in the mid 90's to now.
