I feel Joe Budden is better than Wayne but threads like these are not needed. Lil Wayne gets credit because his face is out there and he's on every remix. Joe Budden hasn't had anything out there officially since 2003 so he's doesn't have as many fans as Lil Wayne. Less fans equal less pub and less props especially offline.
