I know I ain't the only one that held it down for those being held down. I've worked at McDonalds, Wendy's and Ihop before and they all can burn in hell. They treat you like shyt and pay you even worse. Come share your stories of achieving the american dream like Calvin. I have so much to say on this topic but I'll just start small.
1. The people who come in and work on time and don't mind working extra... get shytted on the worst! There were dudes that would come in late or call in sick and shyt and the manager would kiss their asses! Why? Meanwhile I'm slaving over a hot grill and they treat me like shyt!
2. You can never blame the employees for having bad customer service. They are only getting paid MINIMUM wage!
3. That quarter raise you get after a month don't amount to shyt. That is an extra $10 on your check if you work 40 hours and their is no taxes taken out.
i love wendy's. they treated me right. while mcdies offered me 530 wendy's offered me a cool 615 an hour. one check i pulled in 300. bought an ounce and the rest is history.

shiit nikka i was 14, lied said iw as 16, got the job at wendy's. i held it down for 8 months before they found out. they give me a dollar raise and everything, i was kickin ass. i was 14. imagine being an adult and having to live off of those wages. i thank God often for my current position, even though i work hard to get more.
I work retail now, but thank God I'm making the transition into working in the pharmacy area, white people w/ money have to be the worst thing to ever happen to mankind.....

me too. i remember the feeling of getting my first check. seems like it takes forever to get that first check too. shyt took like 3 weeks. Then I looked on there and it's like $70 buck! I'm like, "I can't get no jordans with this shyt!" I was so heated.

Nicca I moved here at 18. I worked there and went to school. It was college-job. Fine chicks everywhere. I made maybe $150 a week but 4 of us rented a house. It was fun while it lasted.
I actually had to quit because after fukkin coworkers.... a few of em were plottin on saying I harassed em, after I had hitted and quitted on maybe 5-6 girls.
