Pau wants to stay in Memphis now, he's excited about the new coach and Iavaroni personally flew to Spain to convince him to stay.

But I def. agree about Pau being a much better option than Jermaine O' Neal if he was available.

ehh jo is a better fit in la because with pau the lakers would still be horirble defensively..

JO is always injured though and even healthy is not good enough to make the lakers contenders which just him and kobe and not much else..
