I am female,work as a foreign sales,perhaps because I have much pressure,I can't sleep well everyday,it is difficult for me to fall asleep every night.
What should I do?
I feel very tired when working at day,hope you can give me some suggestions!

Do you have a boyfriend that lives with you/visits you often and sleeps over?

Maybe you just need some love in your life. For me, if i'm in a relationship that's healthy and fruitful, i can knock out knowing that somebody is going to be there for me in the morning and she love me for me.

But i ain't dating nobody right now, so i have a hard time thinking about shiit cuz i just want to be in love.

Seems like you can't sleep because you are under alot of stress , you should try to lighten your load at work and then try to go to sleep 1hr early

just try...try...try not to think about ANYTHING
