I wanted to let those who want to watch a special about the current life and politics in Africa that this special is on. I think that as a black person, it is a good thing for us to learn more about our original home. Yes, we are U.S. citizens, by far, but just as an Italian, German, Irish, etc. that cherishes and respects their heritage or home, we should do the same for our large, beautiful and natural lands.
I know this is "The Spot," but the people here may want to see this special. Africa is a beautiful place, fool of intelligent and beautiful people and it is our origin.

African-Americans (the blacks who's ancestors were slaves) did not originate from the same Africa we know today...Our land is in the ancient Northeast part of Africa, which is Israel and the middle east of today...We are the lost children of Israel that's written in The Bible (Deutornomy 28)...We were exiled out of that land down into Egypt where we started slaving for Africans, then they sold slaves to Europeans...and just how whites differentiate themselves as Italian, German, Irish, etc... Black people in Africa is no different, Yet they'll try to speak about Africa like it's a country when it comes to slavery with comments like "your people sold their own people out of Africa"
daaaammmnnnn this s.hit is ****ed up dude told anderson cooper people think having sex wit kids can cure you of h.i.v. damn its crazy over there

It is on now. I don't like getting too deep honestly, but there has to be sometime to take a deeper look at things. As a black person, I think we should always take a moment to look at our "motherland" and realize how our brothers and sisters (they literally are) are doing, they ain't doing too good in some parts. What can we do? Work hard to eventually give back, become political leaders, join Peace Corps, contact our black leaders in politics, sports, entertainment and business and encourage them to look into what the land of our people is like and if they aren't able to relate to Africans and see the truth in the fact that that is a big part of our souls, then there is a problem. Where do ya'll think we get our soul, vibe, and spirit from as black people? Africa, so why not give back?

Keep believing that rubbish buddy. And your post has NOTHING to do with what I am speaking of. You are bringing some Western Civilization, slavery, etc. stuff up in here. Get out of here with your, "The African-Americans of today are not of the same blood of the Africans of yesterday" stuff. You are jaded, look at Africans today and tell me that we as black americans aren't just modernized, westernized, relaxers and hair products to give a European or in your case Northern Africa look, and more civilized versions of Nigerians, Ghanians, Congolenese, etc.
Don't believe this users hype. Look at your fellow black americans and tell me you don't see Africa.
Anyway, moving on, none of that has anything to do with me letting you all know that this special about our ancestors land is on. Of course, western news is tainted with bias and selected content (for all we know, these Africans could be saying totally different things than wat is being translated), however, to see the overall images of their world is a learning experience.

I'm still shaking my head at the fact that you believe that garbage. You're killing me. Look at majority of black americans today, do you see Middle East or Egypt? Leave looking Middle Eastern or Egyptian to the Middle Easterners and the Egyptians. I see Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Congo, & Mali in black america.
This is a whole different talk show though, so I really don't want to discuss that here.

Go back to Africa if you want to...but Moses lead the israelites out of slavery in Egypt after 400 years of capivity...and it's about that time here in America right now...Don't argue with me, but the truth is our destiny is in Yahweh's a.k.a. God's hands...We are his lost children of Israel...He has a mark on us like a farmer branding his livestock...You can't hide from it...Our race is of the original Hebrews, the same thing Yasheua a.k.a. Jesus was....what I am saying is that the middle east was Africa...in ancient times, people of that area was as black as any other Africian...We were exiled out of that land (meaning every single person left the land and went down into the part of Africa we know now)...The middle east people of today are not the same ones who occupied that land in ancient times.

I do have to state, I never really met any white people with any ethnic identity like you speak of, bu then again I live in Iowa and that's not the real world.

It is a person's decision whether they identify with their ethnicity. Some people choose not to and some do. I am really not a person who identifies by race, but you can't fight your spirit. Such as a Native American who has it in them to connect with his/her ancestors, they aren't going to ignore that beauty in their people and that pride. Same with being black. There is too much beauty in our roots, land and people to not want to learn more and connect.
