Imus really talks too much & doesn't care what comes out of his mouth.

I remember coming across his show on MSNBC one time; one of the guys was reporting various headlines and said something like "Remember that Pat Tillman guy, who passed on an NFL contract to enlist in the army?". Imus cut the guy off & called Tillman an idiot for doing that.

Then the guy continued, reporting that Tillman was killed in Afghanistan. Imus was like "That was a terrible thing I just said"

I remember laughing so much at that little faux pas

I hear you...but at the end of the day, these were college girls...they didnt and I dont believe you can bring any form of racist comments on yourself...it is likely that certain actions may perpetuate stereotypes but I dont believe we should be held accountable for a white mans ignorance held towards us
