"Graphically, the game looks good, but falls short of the detailed display Sam saw on Xbox 360 last year. Players who ran through the paces in Microsoft-land will notice a slower framerate and the loss of a few small details (things like a smaller quantity of fights during the prison riot, different textures on character close-ups and no goggle-toggle when tossing on Sam's specs).
There are other areas where Sam and company suffer from a bout of PS3 hiccups too. In some instances, for example, snow falls everywhere but the top left-hand corner of the screen; Sam's hands occasionally clip into walls while he hacks at a wire; and the camera will sometime flip out as our hero climbs across a pipe.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent is a fun game. Every mission seemed to have something compelling to it whether it was eliminating every enemy on a map or rappelling down the side of a hotel in Shanghai. Although I think some glitches and a weak multiplayer mode keeps the title from being an impressive $60 purchase, a solid story, good visuals and awesome gameplay mechanics have me recommending Double Agent to lock-picking fans of the genre."
Why are we trying to rule things out 6 months, why not 2 years? If you think that the PS3 and the 360 are being pushed to their limits, then you're mistaken. Now the question we should ask, which system has the higher limits/capabilities? Not which system shows certain amount graphics detail with ____ game. Thats what makes this argument moot, since you were gone. You missed Rekka's thread about PS3 and 360 graphic comparison, I would advise for someone to up that thread for you.

You’re never going to get quality comparisons from a port to get a measure of the highest quality you need a game built from the ground up for a system. a port is built for another system anyway. This early in the PS3’s life you simply aren’t going to see a game that pulls any kind of muscle out of it. We’re still looking at early games here.
People who compare ports already know that the original system will typically have the superior quality game and the ported game won’t take advantage of the other’s hardware. They’re basically trolling knowing this.
What makes you believe that the 360 is superior to the PS3, other than your own opinions and ported games. Maybe I'm an idiot to believe that Sony would be stupid enough to have a year over Ms but still make a graphically inferior system. I have an inclination that there isn't much a gap of graphical power between both systems, but I guess what I'm saying doesn't matter because I don't agree with you.

I’d say neither system is superior to the other. one may have specialties that the other lacks but both are probably at about equal graphical quality all in all. that’s just my guess. The word I hear from the developers is the PS3 is superior but it takes more work from them to get quality from it.
That basically means you’ll have games like MGS4 ect that really set the bar and most of the other stuff will probably be mediocre.

You're making assumptions you ass based on a bunch of ****ing numbers and chips that mean nothing unless put to use.
We have yet to see anything on the PS3 that looks anywhere near GOW. Until then....STFU
