Default For those of you in the tri-state area...
I am thinking of moving way over yonder at the end of the year, what areas should I avoid? Which are best?

I would like to stay within 30-40 minutes drive of Trenton, NJ.

You gettin a roommate?
You gonna have/need a car?

I'd recommend Astoria, Park Slope, Williamsburg, or if you can afford it, Hoboken. Lots of white peopel there

I'm going to try to stay under $1400, prefer a 3 bedroom, I have 2 vehicles and would more than likely need to drive to work, hubby and 2 year old son but no roomate.

Your best bet would probably be somewhere in Jersey... the commute out of New York isn't worth it if you're driving.

I found a place in Morrisville, PA that looks alright and another in Lakewood, NJ any input on either of those? I think I'll just have to look when I'm out there in June :/
