'ABORT' SHOCK IN GIANT DIVORCE
TOOMER'S BABY FURY

February 26, 2007 -- Giants star Amani Toomer is splitting with his wife, claiming she not only reneged on a pact to have kids with the veteran wide receiver but went so far as to abort four pregnancies, according to bombshell court papers.
Toomer has sued to annul his marriage to Dr. Yola Dabrowski, who won't get a dime if a judge upholds Toomer's argument that she committed "fraud" when they wed. She is seeking a divorce.
The divorce trial is set to begin tomorrow in Hudson County, N.J., Family Court.
Toomer, 32, alleges his wife refused to have the "big family" they had discussed before getting hitched in a Las Vegas civil ceremony in October 2002.
"This false promise was never delivered," he charges in documents filed in court.
Instead, Dabrowski "had up to four" abortions "against Toomer's wishes [and] without his consent," the Giant claims.
The footballer also alleges that Dabrowski, 34, "refused to change her last name to Toomer," and won't cook, clean or take medication to treat her depression.
And, she allegedly "disrespected [his] integrity and manhood."
Dabrowski, a chiropractor and law-school student, vehemently denied the claims.
In her filings for divorce, she alleges "extreme cruelty," accusing Toomer of being "relentlessly demanding . . . insecure and paranoid."
The grid great insisted Dabrowski "cater to his every whim and need," she claims.
And when she didn't want to have sex, Toomer acted "irrationally and outrageously" - once urinating on her clothes, and another time tossing her BlackBerry into the Hudson River.
Dabrowski says she became "fearful" of having kids with Toomer, losing "all hope" that he would be "emotionally or physically available" to a child.
She also charges that Toomer, who helped pay for her education, was an overbearing hubby who later insisted she "back-burner" her goals so she could manage his finances, travel with him and entertain his family.
Despite months of mediation, Toomer and Dabrowski have not been able to reach a settlement.
Dabrowski, who has been granted $11,000 a month in temporary support, wants permanent alimony and half the couple's marital assets.
Toomer, who missed much of last season with a knee injury, is in the middle of a $20 million, five-year contract with the Giants.
Saying "all he ever wanted was for [Yola] to love and respect him," Toomer's filings also include claims that his wife:
* Quit marriage counseling after just two sessions, because she was "tired of lying to therapists."
* Does not like watching his games, and often ridicules instead of praises his play. She "even had the audacity to poke fun . . . when he made a catch [and] stumbled without being tackled," he alleges. And, she "always chose to travel [on vacations] separate" from him, opting to be alone and meet other people, making Toomer feel "abandoned and unloved."
* "Has begun smoking" although Toomer "has asthma and it is unhealthy for his profession to be near a smoker."
* "Basically abandoned" their Toomer Foundation, a charity they set up to help needy kids.
Dabrowski's papers complain that Toomer:
* Wouldn't let her sleep "unless she had sex with him" and harassed her by turning on the lights and television to force her from their bedroom.
* Sabotaged her dream of becoming a lawyer by stealing her computer and files, making it impossible to study for her law-school exams and leading to her getting an incomplete for the term.
* Was so "insecure" that he couldn't interact with his own family, friends, accountants, agents and publicists - and insisted Dabrowski do it for him.
* Forced her to put her chiropractic career on hold so she could spend two years decorating their $2 million West New York waterfront condo, "demanding" it "reflect a style and décor consistent with his position as an NFL athlete." After that was done, he told her they were moving - and made her do the same thing with the new place.
