Us blacks & our original culture has 4eva been torn/ then burned/ like the backs of ma past blacks in the storm/
So the revolution doesn’t start in the white house, but in the backyards of our own homes/
From how we stack, all the way 2 how our kids rap,
This ignorance exists, but it can be destroyed/
Jus imagine if Jim Jones was kickin knowledge 2 da little gurlz & the boyz/
Then there would be less wanna be gangsta walking around witt toyz/
Wat all yall ni99az kickin is noise!, Watz Ghettofabulous?/
Not riding on da back of da Bus/

Not in da hood broke, copping all Jordans/
So riddle me this…you rather have all da new kicks? /
Or freedom 2 say wateva the fucc u want in public? /
You may think you have dat privilege already/
But u see the damage the police do wen their ready/
From Rodney king, Jahlil & Mumia/
2 Daillo, Sean Bell & Abner Louima/
The army tell you be all that you can be/
But Amerikkka wen da dust clears from the war, all that you will seee…

you were kicking your knowlege nawimean
i think its good that u made all the references you did
that is very important
and that added alot of weight (not just the rapper references)
keep working on it man
be more introspective
show some of ur feelings.
At first I thought your references were comin off weak and that you were relyin on em too much and comin with some gerneric ish but you picked it up at the end and came wit some quality ish. Content wise, the ending may have been the best I've seen from you to date in that regard. You kicked the topic straight on this one, wasnt to much emphasis on flow as with your other ish. My only suggestion would be to try and make ya ish more crisp, tighten it up and your references will hit harder imo...
if I can't catch it the first time, then i try it again...
you had a message, you have a platform, combine the two and you get work done...you came out the gates and stumbled a bit, the beginning's bars were a bit stretched, but i could see where you were going, and i wanted to see how you could catch up to the pace that you set out to create
From how we stack, all the way 2 how our kids rap,
This ignorance exists, but it can be destroyed/
this is where you started to catch your stride

and thats where you made up for the slow and awkward opening verse....overall the piece was solid, but the ending was the best part, and the concept was something i could identify with....but your flow at times was striving for an identity, it was jumping a bit, but when you settled down, it was strong

This was a strong drop with even more potential to be stronger. Your references were strong additions to your rhyme. Flow'd well. You were kickin some nice knowledge right here man. I was looking for a little more thoroughness. A more polished verse. Not really much I can speak on. The words speak for itself. Thanks for the positive read.
