doing what you love vs. doing what makes you money.
i dunno i am at a crossroads and want to see if anyone else has been at this road.
doing what you love/passionate about vs. doing what makes you money...
i have couple business ideas and they are all hot and marketable...but i also had a knack for film, fashion, etc those kinds of fields were u work and grind but dont not see the fruits of your labor till like 5 yrs time...
these are are very saturated but i believe i am unique to stand out...
these arease are also money driven especially traveling to meet/host ppl...so it kinda u gotta have nice chest to really do it
at the same time...i dont want to lose at any opportunities...
i feel like maybe i should do what gets money to a certain point and then use that to leverage what i am passionate about...but then i dunno...if its worth the risk.
plus i might have a d h d ... so that mean...i can bounce from one idea to another...

thoughts.

anyways i'd choose money cause i can buy stuff to make me happy...i'd hate to do what i luv then leave work and be miserable because i can't pay da bills..
wit money id go on vacations and shyt get my mind off work

im in the same place, i have an idea, a buisness name and een a general idea of my location, but i just dont have the money to pull it all together, so im stuck working this ****ty ass job and trying to save up.
i would rather save up for some myself rather than get a loan assuming that it doesnt work out, i dont want to have to pay off an X__ amount loan payment.
i personally say get money. i could do what i love 2 do in my free time as an outlet, and if the chance comes 2 where im making money as much money as i want 2 doing what i love then im all in. but until that point comes i got bills and students loans 2 pay off.
I'm really happy that I do what I love. Basically, I'm lazy and if I sought a boring, "money" profession I'd do it half-ass and always be that mediocre chick that was expendable (add to that I'm black )
The flipside (although it may sound contradictory) is that when I'm happy what I'm doing I fixate (Im a type A). I spend between 40 and 60 hours here right now and I'm the low man on the totem pole. 2 promotions from now when I break through 6 figures I'm gonna be here around the clock! Cant be doin smoe shyt I hate for most of my waking hours

40-60 hours? You got it easy. I average 70-90 a week.

@ ur life. Yeah thats what I'm saying. You're gonna wind up living at work if you're getting any real money. Which is why you might as well enjoy urself

I think everyone gets to this point at sometime in their life.
without knowing the details of either situation as far as the money vs your life passion...and whether or not your skills are such that you can realistically follow your dreams and take that type of risk
I'd suggest to you that you TAKE THE MONEYfor now..and just try to put yourself in a position where you can save up and go after your dream when you're in a more stable situation monetary wise.
my perspective may be a lil skewed cause 9 times outta 10 I'ma tell you
TAKE THE CASH...but...like I said I don't really know you or your situation.
so when you make your final decision...you won't go wrong if you FOLLOW YOUR HEART....
but remember...money makes the world go round.

Definitely go for a job you will enjoy doing vs. one that will pay you more. Odds are you will have to work just as hard on either one to succeed, and it'll be much easier to do the one you enjoy. You spend most of your time awake at work. You don't wanna dread it.

Just as long as i got trees and go out once every 2 or 3 weeks i'm good. go for the money.
