UK Nightlife

Are there any decent hip-hop clubs and bars in the UK? They seem to be hard to come by. I've tried looking but all I seem to find are the hip-hop/R&B clubs and they just play all the commercial stuff. Are there any places that cater to the underground crowd?

I'm particularly interested in finding places in London and the South-East, but feel free to big up places you know anywhere in the UK. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, so this might help to spread the word about other bars & clubs.

The only places I've heard of is Breakin' Bread in Camden and I've recently been informed of a place in Soho called Ruby Lo. Haven't checked them out yet, so if anyone's been to these let me know what they're like and what music they normally play.

Its not a club but its the place for hip-hop heads to go. Its a record store, but they often have events and stuff happening there, so check it out. Its called Deal Real and its in Carnaby Street near Picadilly Circus and stuff.

Lovedough in newcastle...its at the club Digital..mostly commercial ****, but weekly 1xtra DJ's been spinning there sways constantly ehre, and JMe and skepta where out and about here not too long ago too..its a big night

hi this is link is not strictly for Hip Hop - but the night does include Hip Hop - and not the chart BS like 50 cent young jeezy etc - the night plays quality stuff like Dilla, Taleb, Jazzy Jeff, Little brother etc.
