Magic takes over BK. Buys tallest building in borough converting to condos

Magic done did it again.

He's co-owner of the old 50 story Williamsburg Bank Building in D-town Brooklyn. The "clock" as its known will be turned into condos bringing in more people into that area.

Magic will always be my hero.....

What special that it's the tallest building in the borough facing the Atlantic Yards Project that you obviously know nothing about.

What's special about it is that this brotha continues to win and be an inspiration for many out there that needs to see a brotha doing it.

Maybe this is an everyday occurance in your hood.

Its directly across the street from the new Atlantic Yards project that will start construction next year.

That project will house over 6,000 moderate, middle to low income housing units, over 200,000 sqf of office space and a brand new arena for the Nets.

Magic is far from stupid.

Smart as move.

And for those that are whining about gentrification, that area has been gentrified for over 15 years. Your whining is late.

This project is going to bring in over 28,000 jobs to the area over the next 10 years.

Stop crying and take advantage of it.

The one on Hanson? The whole area done came up since the 80s. You'd never know that a few blocks across the parl are some of the worst PJs in BK
