Default Guys who were main eventers as far as card placement/pop...
but never recieved main eventer respect from the front office? not guys like henning who had main event feuds with hogan but never got the ball. im speaking of guys like jericho who were awarded titles, but never got the booking respect despite being insanely over.

jake the snake was ic champ in like '96.

yo, does anybody know why they didnt have snuka/orton at mania 1? cuz they seriously couldve used that match. that card was lacking. but didnt they wrestle at "war to settle the score"? if so, i can see them not wanting to repeat the match since they were gonna be apart of the main event anyway.

There were so many people on the roster during the 80s that it was hard for everyone to get a belt. Plus, those who had the belts usually kept them for a pretty decent amount of time.
