Hit up Notre Dame. Should probably see the Louvre too even if that's not really your thing.
Also find a cheap place to eat, or put together meals from a grocery store, that'll save you good money. I ate at a little Chinese joint across the street from the hostel almost every day, best Chinese food I've ever had by the way.
everywhere has its good and bad though, anbd paris is definitely no exception.
How much is your ticket going for?
Christmas time is a good time to go though. Whats your budget?
Right now.......it's kinda low, but I will be coming into some
money very soon. I've been checking Expedia for some real nice
packages.....One good one is $3000.00 for three people..Flight & Hotel..
Not spending money And everything has to be converted too? smh
I think I would have enjoyed it more, If I could speak the language well, and knew more people, but I went there by myself, not knowing the language, and having to learn it really quickly.
I DID enjoy a lot of it though, although I was there alone, and it COULD get v lonely at times, especially at the beginning. The only thing I didn't like, was the levels of rascism, the difficulties in finsing work etc and the fact, that it was almost impossible for me to save any money.
But as a tourist destination, its great, and there are a lot of sites that can help you out...it really depends on your budget, of course etc.
I know a place thats really really inexpensive to stay, if you havent found anything, and is in the heart of the city, with great rooms.
I can imagine...but I just don't want to.
As you can see, I'm so geeked over this trip......
Where should we not go to.....and isn't it true that there is
a left bank and a right bank where two different class of peeps live?
lol. true http://www.paris-be-a-part-of-it.com/
