after The SOHH Black Album, it's only right to keep it moving. producers stay on your job and let's get the emcees into this one.
i was thinking of starting off small. 10 tracks feauturing sohh emcees over sohh beats. if this thing is a success we can evolve in the future but for now i say we should just see how a little 10 track mixtape works out.
producers start inputing your beats and emcees if you want to jump on this just anounce which intrumental you want ahead of time, not guaranteeing that you'll actually get it, but just so over people know. we don't want 20 people over 1 beat. haha. let's see what happens with this.
i'm really looking forward to see what you all will put out this time around. let's get this started!

yall got it all wrong, dont allow these rappers to choose. make the rappers send yall two songs of their own, acapellas and with the beat(no matter who's beat it was originally). and the producers figure out which beat goes best with their vocals. then give that instrumental to the rapper.
rappers dont know what they sound best on. they just wanna rap on what they like to hear. its a fine line. snoop might love wu tang and Rza tracks. but I dont need snoop on no rza track. see what i mean. you need the acapellas and the two finished songs they've done prior to this, so you can find their vibe. this is TRUE PRODUCING. not just beat making. this seperates the men from the boys ladies and gentlemen. dont be lazy, get to work.

you make a valid point about hearing the emcee beforehand.
EMCEES SEND 2 PRIOR TRACKS OF YOURS BEFORE HOPPING ON THE MIXTAPE!
