Default So how long does it take to get back lost strength?

If someone could give me an estimation. Turns out I got a tryout with a college team coming soon, I'm really excited, but they decide to give it to me after I stopped serious lifting and my numbers went down

Now I got to get my sh*t up to where it used to be and PAST that, and I only have a few months...

The bad news is, EVERYTHING is down (numbers and my size). The good news is, it's not by much (around 50lbs and under).

I fukked up by slacking, but how long did it take some of you to regain lost strength after not lifting fo awhile?

Not long if your using progressive training. Size and numbers come back eventually so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Work in the 6-8 rep range to get a good balance for mass and strength; use medium weight for the 8 reps or high weight for the 6 reps. Make sure your diet is on point along with your recovery routine.
