rear BB shrugs(BB behind you)---> my favorite
front BB shrugs
DB shrugs
inclined DB shrugs(back on the bench)
incline DB shrugs(chest on the bench)
deadlifts are also great for traps

love working delts+traps...well I love working out every body part..

I like doing DB Strolls too. We used to do them for football and man did they get your traps lookin like mountains.

Its pretty simple actually. Just grab a decent weight, let your arms hang down as you grip the sh*t out of the DB, and just start walking real slow for ATLEAST two minutes. that sounds like a killa traps exercise, Big H. I shall try that in the near future.
