Ever do a Tricep exercise and have it burn like a muthafukker?
Does your face scrunch up after you do bicep exercises like you just tasted a lemon.

That feeling is amazing. Not as great as an orgasm tho..

I also just bought a new blender... chops those Ice pieces like butter.

Its called the "pump", blood rushing through your veins, and muscles after pounding some heavy weights. Its an incredible feeling. no homo.

if you lift to solely to build muscle, then "the Pump" should be your friend. The blood rushing through your muscles promote muscle hypetrophy in other words it promotes muscle growth(combined with a solid diet). And that is what bodybuilders have been doing for years and years. It has worked for pros and for amatuer bodybuilders. Also there's several studies that testify this process.

I don't even have to go far to prove what I am saying. My own body has grown(quite immensely) through repetition and constant pounding with heavy weights and a solid diet(and supplements). I went from 185lbs to 250lbs in two years. So it has definetely worked for me. So I don't know where you got your facts from.

It depends what your training for; Khalid is right about the pump being key to growth, but if you were focusing on strength for example your routine would be much different.
