I'm confused about them also. I remember hearing that there isn't any PROVEN results that multivitamins really do anything. But I could be wrong... I should start taking them again.

I'm all on that RAW Whey protein ARGG!!!

Theres nothing remarkable about multivitamins; their simply used to support healthy bodily functions and provide preventative measures. Mega doses of certain vitamins however can provide blatant effects.

For example mega doses of Vitamin C have been shown to keep testosterone levels extemely high in lifters and athletes which is essential for muscle growth and strength increases. Mega doses also reduce free radicals in the body and fights colds effectively. I personally take 5-8 grams a day of Vitamin C when I'm cutting and in winter time.

I know most multivitamins don't provide enough in terms of mg and grams, but just taking those 2 or 3 pills daily is moving you in the right direction when compared to millions of other people who aren't.

And the reason why people claim that multivitamins do nothing is because of the urine test. When you take a multi your urine is typically a neon yellow color, real bright. The reason this happens is because 1.) You took too much at ONCE and its being wasted, and/or 2.) Vitamin B-12/Riboflavin B-2 changes the color of your urine.

also i think its b vitamins can be harmful if taken in large doses. Because they are oil based i believe and the body has trouble breaking them down.

Right now i take a liquid multi vitamin and have seen great results from it. Not like more muscular but i feel better and my hair and nails grow faster and my stomach doesnt get pissed off like when i took animal pak

Logic takes it in liquid form in the morning after breakfast 1 spoonfull per day its suggested you do so so that the vitinmins can break down the food faster they say taking it on a empty stomach is a waste
