Life imitates art....

It burns when I speak these words but take them as they come cause they are from the heart...
It's still beating cause I'm still breathing but in a weird way the beats are slowly fading, they are not as strong as they were when the feelings were fresh out the box like a new pair of kicks...
I strain when I speak these words but this is the first time I am experiencing this, cause this pain is from my heart...
Deep were the endless motions of subtle expresssion when my heart gave you mental erections...
Subliminal suggestions on how life with you would be....
Silly me, I was given the green light, I took a large step and feel into the rejection...
So now it's common place for me to just let go, but it's not that easy cause my heart says not 2, stop beating I tell it...
Let the stream of my endless tears coat your rhythm but instead it beats on....
Take these words as the truth cause I speak them from the heart...

unfortunately, we all have been there one too many times for me especially
i don't know many who could have put it down as elquently as you have, if one never knew of the pain you speak, reading your piece would make them want to seek out that experince just so that they could identify with it. goodin' h.j.

Yeah, the pain from love lost is def. not one of my favorite emotions.....
