Default Pro Complex...anyone use this stuff?

I used it a while ago and then got into this muscle milk and I've been thinking...what is better to use?

Solid product but pretty much the same. Major differences are the carb count and the protein per serving; Pro Complex only has 3 grams of carbs per serving and 55 grams of protein per serving. Has a similar protein blend (concentrate and isolate) and less calories. Pro Complex is best if your cutting or dieting due to the lower calorie and carb count, but if your bulking and need calories Muscle Milk is your best choice.

a friend of mine was telling me taking a full serving of pro complex is a waste because your body only consumes about 30 g of protein per serving. Is this true?

LMAO. If thats the case then Muscle Milk is a waste too.

Seriously though, the only time protein is wasted is when you take TOO much (ie: taking 400 grams a day when your only 150 pounds, excess is stored as fat). That crap about 30 grams a serving being max is complete bullsh*t, especially when we are talking about post-workout nutrition.
