Rules of taking Norvir

Hiiii all,
I am working for a pharmaceutical company and have found Norvir very effective drug using nowadays for the treatment of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus). But has found a confusing matter and want to know that why is it so important to take Norvir exactly in the way it is prescribed?
Please help me in finding the answer.

your question really end me to laugh . You must know that missing or skipping doses can cause the blood levels of the drug to fall too low and resistance can develop?
When your virus becomes resistant to an HIV medication, that drug may stop working…
