Since this is a fitness forum I thought it would be nice to have a "I took my butt to the gym today" thread. Simply check in everytime u goto the gym and if u want put down how long u worked out and what u worked on.

Just came back from my usual grueling(heavy) shoulder workout. I usually go heavy on delts+traps day(mondays) and now I feel tired but good at the same time, and Im now ready to get my grub on. Which will comprise of chicken breast(8 thin strips) with pasta and gatorade mixed with glutamine.
For my shoulder(delts+traps) workout today, I did:
DB shoulder presses(heaviest was 95lb DB for 5 reps)
DB shoulder lateral raises
DB seated front raises
BB front raises
BB rear shrugs(started with 225lbs and heaviest was 365lbs) superset with BB front shrugs(heaviest was 455lbs)..
it took me an hour to complete these exercises.
*Ice cube voice* "Today was a good day".......

yesterday... i did some crap...i dont have a set regimen, i just usually stop when certain body parts stop functioning as they should... so i guess, upper body, and some sprinting

lol,, interesting thread,, I finally dragged myself back to the gym on Monday,, I'm basically just getting back into the habit of working out,, I was there for about an hour but I have to get used to going to the gym at that time because it gets crowded.....

Had Back and Biceps this morning (not my usual split). I wasn't tryin to kill it this morning so I went with light-medium weight on all lifts (by my standards).
15 minutes of Static stretching and here we go...
BB curls - 5x5 routine followed by positive failure set on the 6th.
Drag curls (BB) - 3x12 routine with a superset of Hammer curls after each set.
Preacher Curls - 4x8 routine with ascending weight.
Bent-over Rows - 3x15 routine with Olympic bar
Lat Pull-downs - 5x5 routine with ascending weight
Seated Rows - 3x10 routine with descending weight.
All done in 45 minutes, gotta love circuit training.
