I don't know how large you are, how much you're trying to lose or anything like that, but instead of jogging try either 1) running at a higher intensity or 2) switching up the pace a lot while running (i.e., run for 1 minute/jog for 1 minute/sprint for 1 minute/skip for 1 minute, etc.)

Obviously, the diet is your main part if you're trying to lose weight, though.

It could be your diet.

But you need to add some resistance training like Brit suggested, especially for your upper body, which gets neglected when running. Add some squats, lunges, push ups, pull ups, cruches, ect.

What do you do in addition to running three times a week?

Need more specifics man

1. How long do you jog for?
2. do you monitor your heart rate?
3. how is your diet? low in carbs/fat/calories? be detailed
4. do you drink enough water?
5. Weight train or other forms of training+
6. what is your goal?
