I've been working out for 3 years w/o going to the dark side. I've used creatine, but never any PH's, AS's, or anything else. My stats as of today are:
PR's - Most of these were when I weighed 205 last winter. I was quite a bit bigger...
Bench: 265
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 425
Right now I'm coming off a summer of crappy training. My diet has been horrible, and I've been drinking like a fish. Sad, considering I'm a personal trainer, and I spend 40+ hours per week in a gym. But I've been going through some ****. I figure my first cycle would be a good way to give me a boost, and get my out of the rut.
Today (8-16-05) was the first day of my SD cycle. It looks like this
Warmup: 135 x 12
Set 1: 205 x 1
Set 2: 225 x 4 (slight help on 4th)
Set 3: 205 x 5
Set 4: 185 x 10 (slight help on 10th)
Set 5: 155 x 12
Incline DB Bench
Set 1: 70's x 4

My endurance was horrible today, mainly due to my lack of calorie intake recently. I'm sure it'll improve.
BB Incline Bench
Set 1: 160 x 6
Set 2: 135 x 9
Set 3: 115 x 12
BB Preacher Curl
Set 1: 50+ sissy bar x 15
Set 2: 70+ sissy bar x 7
Set 3: 50+ sissy bar x 8 - At this point I was getting a PAINFUL bi pump

1 Set 0f 8 w/ 40's - Bicep pain continued... hmmm
Superset 1 - DB Fly + Incline BB Curl
Set 1: 35's x 12 + 35's x 8

Biceps weren't hurting as bad, but I had an amazing pump in my chest and bi's.
Side Effects: Painful bicep pump, sweating more than usual, slight heart burn. Nothing bad
Overall: Good workout, but my stamina and strength was weak due to my party filled b-day weekend. This should improve as my diet does through the week.
My w/o routine while "on" goes as follows:
Day 1: Chest/Biceps
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Back/Traps/Abs
Day 4: Shoulders/Triceps
Day 5: Deadlifts/Forearms/Calves
Day 6: Rest
DAY 2: Tuesday August 16, 2005 - Legs (First leg day months due to injury)
My squat has went down pathetically. My former max was 405 x 1. I wasn't going down quite as far as I am now, but I have lost so much strength. Since this was my first real leg day in a long time, I took it easy.
Squats
Set 1: 135 x 10
Set 2: 225 x 10
Set 3: 185 x 12
Set 4: 185 x 12
Set 5: 185 x 12
Diet: Didn't monitor it closley, but I ate a TON of peanut butter, lots of cytogainer, a few nutrigrain bars, some oats, and a lot of other stuff. Probably 4000+ calories
Sleep: Got about 5 hours
Side Effects: A little lower back pain, lack of enery, but that's probably due to little sleep. I will ass out tonight.
Overall
Today was a tough day to judge, since it's my first leg day in a long time. I was pretty tired all day, probably due to the lack of sleep. I can't really say I feel anything from the SD yet. I would think that I'll notice a pretty big change by next Monday. I hope so anyway.
Every muscle in my body was in serious pain all day at work. My legs have been so sore I'm struggling to get up. Great feeling. I took today off due to the pain, and I think I needed a day to rest and eat. I did however goof around with the bench before leaving work.
Bench
Warmup: 135 x 8
Set 1: 245 x 1 5 pounds less than my PR, but I weigh 15 pounds less than I did when I hit it last.
Diet: Tons of food, lots of peanut butter and cytogainer
Sleep: 6 hours
Side Effects: I felt flu-like symptoms upon waking up this morning. As the day went on I felt fine.
Weight: 192 (up 3 pounds)
Overall
I felt sick when I woke up today. That continued through the AM, but I felt better as the day passed. The main effect I've experienced so far is looking more cut. I have gained right about .25 inch on the guns, and I'm sure my BF% is a bit lower. I look more cut in the mirror. I can't wait to see how next week goes with the 20mg.
Saturday I worked calfs and traps. I'm sore as hell. The SD makes me feel like I did 4 hour workouts on every bodypart. I am VERY sore. I went to the state fair tonight and ate all kinds of junk food. I'm up 7 pounds since starting the cycle. I will start taking 20mg tomorrow.

I'm getting stronger quick as hell with this stuff. I was struggling to get 1 rep with 225 a few weeks ago. My bench has went up 30 pounds in a little over 1 week.

The only thing I don't like about SD is I get such muscle pumps, that I lose my strength quick, and it actually hurts to work out. I should have been able to go a lot heavier on the incline.

I had an incredible pump tonight.

Still loving the SD. I hate the pain and the sluggishness all day, but I feel like I can lift the whole gym when I walk in. I added some Red Yeast Rice & Celery Seed today. So my supp lineup is on point. I'm taking like 30 pills per day. Damn...
DAY 9: Tuesday August 24, 2005 - Deadlifts/Biceps/Forearms
The overall soreness in my muscles has continued. The 24/7 pump feeling has also continued. I felt pretty good today. I deadlifted for the first time in a few months. I haven't lost much strength, which is great.

Side-Effects: Lots of lower back pain during deadlifts, oily skin, all day pumped feeling, slightly painful/annoying pumps, horny as usual...
Weight @ Noon: 196.5
Overall
Everything is still going smooth. Getting a lot stronger, gaining some good size, and not having any terrible side-effects. My waist isn't growing as bad as it could, but it has grown. 34.5 inches
Took the day off & ate a lot of food. Also relaxed and tried to fight the soreness from deadlifts yesterday. Sucks that I can't take any pain killers while I'm on this cycle.
This stuff is really making me feel like **** early in the day. I wake up feeling like I have the flu. It usually gets better by mid-day, but I don't like it at all. I do however like the gains and pumps.
Diet: I was at work all day, and I ran out of Cytogainer, therefore my protein intake has been a little low Lots of carbs and healthy fats however.
Sleep: 6 hours
Side-Effects: I think my blood pressure is high, I'm constantly hot. My skin is oily, and I wake up feeling like sh-t. I'm not trying to make it seem horrible, because the gains are worth the side-effects, but I'm really feeling some heavy **** from these pills
OVERALL
I goofed around on the decline today and hit 270. My strength is through the roof compared to where it was. Everyone in the gym I work at keeps commenting on my size. Asking how much weight I've gained, and what I'm taking. I've literally gained over 10 pounds in 12 days. Amazing... My arms were nearly 17 with a pump tonight. I love Superdrol. It just sucks that it makes me feel like crap. I'm gonna go check my blood pressure on one of those machines tonight.
i went from 187 to 210 in 3.5 weeks. my bench went up 70 pounds, my deadlift went up a lot, and is still rising... i deadlifted 515 last week and i think ill get 525 next time. my squat didnt go up much, but it's alright. my arms went from 15.75 to 17, now almost 17.5. my waist stayed around the same during the cycle, but has went up since then.
right now im feeling good, ready to hit 225-230 this winter, and then do a slow cut.
