Well ... Flav is the classic hypeman, but in all seriousness, Lil Jon probably has done much more in much less time. When Flava Flav and Public Enemy were in their hay-day, Public Enemy was probably more famous that Flav alone. Today, Lil Jon is more famous alone than the Eastside Boyz as a whole. Freaky Tah (RIP) was dope, but Lost Boyz never blew up, and when you're talking about the best hypeman, their job is to make the group blow up.
