Default Recommend Me Some Books

I tried before but had no luck... I know some of yall read some books and have some favorites. I've made it a goal this year to start reading more, I've read 3 books already in 2 weeks. Help me out, recommend me some good literature, good books, good reads whatever. Thanks.

I read a lotta different things so I'll throw them into categories.

Real Deep Fiction:

1984
The Fountainhead
Brave New World
Farenheit 451
Native Son

Inspiring books that are a good quick read:

The Five People you meet in heaven
Tuesdays with Morrie

Great Autobiographies:

Black Like Me: John W. Griffin
The Autobiography of Malcolm X
Soul On Ice: Eldridge Cleaver

Good social theory books

The Tipping Point
Freakonomics

The World is Flat by Thomas Friedman

Friedman is a foreign correspondent for the NY times, the book is about how globalization is changing/has changed the foundations of the world. He writes with good clarity and is very concise with his points.

It changed my worldview on how things in the world work work.........

Friedman is the man he came to a symposium on economics at my school a few years back. He talked about how China is growing at a ridiculous rate and it is definitely moving in that direction.

He definitely put me on to how easily the world could be better. Gonna cop that book for christmas.
