Jose Cruz= Wasted Ability

Remember when that poll came about a few months ago about which baseball players got the MOST and LEAST out of their ability?

Mondesi and J. Cruz were 1 and 2 for least.

You can understand Mondesi in a way, the guy is clearly an absolute headcase.

But, to see the way Cruz performs, ESPECIALLY in games that matter (see Seattle, the way he played in this past series with the Marlins etc.), you have to scratch your head. Here's a guy...son of a big-leaguer...dad was a scrappy player...his brother that plays for Rice is, by all acounts, a blue-collar, scrappy guy. But then there's Cruz, this big terd with all the ability in the world and a 5cent head on his shoulders.

I feel bad for Giants fans. This guy, along with their systematic inability to drive in runs, is the reason they're not headed to the series.

Cruz is a d*ck, out there after he missed the ball the other day with his arms crossed, pouting like a godd@mn kid.
