Default Im not seeing anymore gains. Help

Im 6'4 214 pounds I gained about 10 pounds of muscle in the last 6 months. I workout about 4-5 days a week and I take protein supplements. I use six star protein and make sure to consume 50 grams of it per day. I want to get bigger in the 230 pound range. I usually eat at least 3 meals per day. What do I need to be eating?

Lift heavier, shock your muscles again, I mean really push it, then get not too much but the right amount of rest

That's the problem right there.

You need to be eating 5-6 meals a day

I just got the six star creatine its simply retarded good... Try muscle milk i noticed good gains after using it. Also eat fruit believe it or not a balanced diet can lead to more weight.
