Among post-World War II presidents, only Gerald Ford, Bill Clinton, and Ronald Reagan dropped below the symbolic majority approval level faster than Obama did.

I guess Rush and Beck are doin they jobs.Obama has 3 years before he has 2 worry about approval ratings.Once he gets ppl back 2 work and get em healthcare they numbers will rise.

The job market is going to be sh1tty for a long time. And healthcare won't go into effect until 2013.

There's no spin needed ... he's below 50...he's below 50 ...he has to do a few things.. ( in no certain order)

1. Push this Health care thru by all means..

2. Make sure that dow is at 15,000 and above..

3. Close gitmo ( make sure very terrorist in the sytem is convicted)

4. Withdraw majority of troops from iraq

5. immigration reform

6. Have a plan/ exit strategy for Afgahan...

7. Find a way to bring job back or create nw jobs that aren't goverment jobs..


That's all ...50% means nothing right now people are frustrated with inaction and the amount of time it takes for this nikka to do something...his whole thing was the war front was in afghan..so why r u taking for ever to find a soultion ...he gets those things done..he''l get another four .. easy ...

Around this time next year Unemployment should be @ 7%.I read thats the number it would be at if the Private sector keeps showing profit however once companies start seeing record profits why would they reduce it by hiring more ppl so its a catch 22.I know Obama wants to tell ppl to go back 2 school so they can at least have a chance out there.

I support Obama .. but unemployment may be even higher next year ...every move Obama has made is against the people who provide jobs..( the private sector)...

raising tax on the rich ..they'll just move their bus overseas...or cut down their work force or outsource ...u can't raise tax on the rich then ask them to hire people aka more overhead...their saying naw ..more taxes less jobs...cuz i run my bus to make a profit ..

Its nothing Obama can do to make ppl start hiring again.This includes tax cuts for the rich.They just greedy.If a company makes 13% more this year than last year they'll lay off more ppl to make 20% more next year.

I disagree ..first they aren't greedy .. you create a busnies to make money ..as much money as possible..

But yes there is something he can do to make them start hiring again...CUT THEIR TAXES....!!! But he can't now cuz he's got them paying for health care...you can't punish the private sector then asking the to help you
