Apparently created by the same people who made the Movie Zeitgeist.. Its some crazy stuff talking about becoming a sovereign individual in the United States etc. Breaks downs alot of Laws, how to talk to the police power of attorney and so on.

But apparently this guy in the video who backed down a police officer use quotes and advice directly from this book.
