Ok in 29/39, he talks about being sent to the Gettysburg Address and how during the transport process he lost his shoes and hat. Before he was sent through the portal, he was giving a uniform of that era to look like a bugle boy of the Union Army. He says that some guy sees him shivering and gives him oversized shoes and a Union cap. He follows the guy to the Gettysburg speaking area and says people start asking him questions that he can't answer so he walks away only to be photographed in this picture with his feet at a 90 degree angle to not show off his ridiculous size shoes.

Time travel as you know it is impossible my dude. You cant change what has already happened. If you went back in time and changed time, the dimension you came from would either be destroyed or you would be placed into an alternate dimension. You can go forward in time by exploiting gravitational fields but theres no coming back bruh. Dont let these white boys selling snake oil trick you bruh. If he really did what he said he would have clearence and be on some shutting the fukk up sh1t. He doesnt have the military clearence to be talking about such things legitmately and if he did without clearence he would be destroyed.
