Haven't used creatine in like 3 months. Water weight was just ugly, and I am pretty much back to my previous strength levels, but with a small waist and flat stomach. Still haven't reached the elusive 6 pack status, but it's wintertime so fukk it. I will start biking to work in the spring.
Man I read through the whole thread... it was cool to see how the experimentation paid off
- Doing 2 of my max weight sets instead of one
- Doubling up on squatting + benching
- Utilizing a low rep/high weight + high rep/medium weight scheme to build my bench (with success!)
Next move will be to really focus on my upper back + biceps, and build my triceps as well. I will try I_Spits_Da_Truth's super simple upper back routine Thursday.
Tonight, chest + squat.

My bed frame is fallin apart & fukkin up my sleep. I did pulls yesterday, could only eek out 4 reps of deadlifts at 325#. All the lighter lifts are easier though. I'm hittin my lats hard as well. Might as well post the lifts
Standing curls: 8x85, 85, 85
Deadlifts: 8x135, 225, 5x275, 4x325
Regular chin ups: 3 sets of 10
Close grip cable rows: 10x100, 120, 140, 160
Wide grip chin ups: 2 sets of 8
Weighted decline sit ups (35# plate): 3 sets of 10
I think from now on I will just post weekly benchmarks on the big lifts & anything notable. U guys know my routine by now.
