i have these every now and then...worst one for me is when my chest felt like it was caving in giving me horrible pain, thought i was gonna have a heartattack right there...i eventually gave up tryna get out of them, I'd feel i was using every ounce of energy just to lift my head or any limb of my body..i decided to just go back to sleep, not worth the aggraation

This happened to me once not that long ago...but it followed a long series of dreams where I woke up. you know how they do it in the movies, where dude is dreaming and he wakes up only to find out its another dream then he wakes up again, and so on. Yeah it was like that, sh!t was freaky there, that the only time something like that has happened to me my whole life lol, and what followed didnt make it better. So finally I actually woke up and I was laying in bed on my left side, staring at my tv...I dont think I was able to move my eyes much, cuz I didnt see a lot of my room, just the tv and stuff around it...at this point I was fvckin scared, you dont even know, I just kept runnin sh!t thru my head like wtf is going on, why the hell cant I move or scream, am i gonna be like this forever? my brother is around somewhere, if I could get out a scream he could help me.. but nothing, I couldnt do anything but watch the blank tv and let my mind go crazy, I dont remember how I got out of it, but i just remember being completely freaked out once I was able to get up and move around.
