Could someone re up these? I only have the first Phase of exercises and I am getting close to starting the 2nd phase. Also a small points:
- Plyo is a fukkin biitch and it wipes me the hell out. But for some reason I always look forward to it.
- I am 3 weeks in and I can def tell the difference. I have toned up in the arms and shoulders and lost a little weight off the stomach. And I am not really following the meal guide. I am just portioning my food throughout the day and trying to avoid the shiit I know is bad for you
- I fukkin hate yoga. How the hell are they calm and **** when my legs are shaking trying to go into reverse warrior. I can barely get through it
- The Karen pot stirrers or whatever they are called are dumb and dont loosen me up at all
- I hate some of these people in the videos. Like the blonde girl who is always hopping around and the german chick who wants potato soup. The one in Ab Ripper X would get smashed tho
Just started today.. already feelin' it in my back. My friend burned me the dvds so I'm really clueless as to which vids I do on which days.. I'll try to google it.. but I think I'll def be seeing results w/ this.

so would yall recommend this shyt for a cutting phase?.....i've been on an 8 month bulking cycle. im 10 lbs away from my goal then i'ma start cutting. the only thing i'm worried about is losing muscle. i'm trying to lose nothing but fat and keep all the muscle i gained during this bulk. would it be best to just keep hitting the weights and start doing cardio every day or do yall think i would be cool doing this p90?

if i was you i'd also follow the nutrition plan.
everytime i look at video results on youtube i always see big transformations with people who followed the nutrition plan. then i see people with so-so results and they always admit they didn't follow the nutrition plan to a T.

no that's a lie. i got hit by a car once.it didn't hurt this much.
i was really hesitant to try it,the first day, but after i did it i feel great. like full on badass awesome... until like... a few hours later when i couldn't move. i'm gonna keep with it, tho... despite the pain, i kinda really like it...
oh and i'm doing the lean version... more cardio, and less... resistance/weight stuff... the same vids, you just do different stuff on different days... i figured it would be better because i wanna slim down, not particularly bulk up, or gain much muscle (ya know... cause i'm not a dude)
so yeah. shiets kicking my butt, but it'll get easier.... (i hope! )
oh i'm also not following the food guide (but if i do the program again after this time, i def will..) but i'm eating pretty healthy.. so i'm not too too worried about that.
i basically only posted here, cause if someone doesn't know i'm doing it, i'll be tempted to quit, and i don't wanna quit.

don't forget to take the 0, 30, 60 and 90 days pics. if not for us than for yourself at least. i think it'll help to motivate you. but i admit, i'm curious to see the results as well.

i debated doing that, and i decided against it, but i think i will later today, just for the motivation factor... because i know it'll be awhile till i can SEE results, and pictures will help that...thanks for the reminder.

lol, yeah, you don't have to post them online but it's a good idea just for your personal records. it serves you as a point of reference.
