The spring/summer time is about the little touches:
- your time piece
- your belt (I own 9)
- your physique
- your shades (my sis is a store manager at the largest eyeglass retailer so she is schooling me)
- basically anything that can be more exposed
I'm not a millionaire like some of ya'll:rolleyes: But I still know how to make it happen.

IMO, I really think suits in general are overrated. I occasionally do press, and have never rocked a suit on tape or in print. I mean suits certainly have there place, but for the very few.

You got a link?

I have extremely flat feet, I mean like zero arch, so I wear shoes out easily, regardless of the price or brand. They tend to wear out outward on the heel because that's where all of the weight is being distributed.

Everybody can't wear v neck sweaters and khakis

A lot of the suggestions in here sounded really basic and boring. Like fashion starter kits. For example in the summer time you don't necessarily need to rock an entire suit. Sometimes that looks like you're trying too hard. Switch it up and just rock a dope vest, dress shirt, tie, slacks, and hard bottoms. Especially if it's hot as hell out.

lol! Lets just say an Office that I am affiliated with (and a super delegate) endorses him. I do also. I did not get a chance to meet him or Mrs. Obama when they were here though. About a year and a half ago his reps contacted the 'Office' expressing interest in meeting with me and my peers. That has not gone down yet though. He was interested in created a national model for the work that we are involved with.

I'm not political per se. Just about the people.

Esquire did a Best Dressed Mayors list last summer. An Office that I am affiliated with was on that list, and is known to stay fly. So having exposure to that alone, I definitely have to come correct and know how to dress.

The rest is just learning more about fashion on my own, experimenting, or from those that know what they are talking about.

That link I posted is a GENERAL look that I could rock to certain functions or press, and go back to the community moments later and loose no credibility, in terms of perception, in either circle.

Yup. Tomorrow I'm rocking a lavender button up, a pair of dark brown and black blended slacks, brown hard bottoms, and a fly ‘gator style’ brown belt (like this (http://www.beltmaster.com/proddetails.asp?id=1inc-22-G&gid=3&catid=6) but with one leather loop). Oh, but wait, I topped it off with a burgundy tie.

I also have a salmon colored shirt that I usually rock with a navy, pink, and silver polkadot tie and brown pants. But neither colors or looks are really for rookies or the swagless. And I would not rock either of those colors in the fall or winter. Those seasons are really for darker colors. But to stretch your wardrobe you can rock darker colors in the spring/summer with a lighter colored tie ( ie- dark blue shirt with a tie with gold, light blue, silver, or tan).

Wednesday I have a function to attend. I’ll be rocking a white dress shirt with hunter green stripes, dark gray slacks, black shiny calf belt, a green and gray speckeled tie, and black hard bottoms, with a 6 button light gray vest. See, you have to coooooordinate. I would go head to head (http://men.style.com/details/features/landing?id=content_5972) with the average cat in a full suit, on any given day.
