Basically i've never been the most active guy for a long period time. I'm really tryna get into some type of shape. I'm already looking for a boxing gym cuz I heard it's a good workout.

But as far as what I can do in the house, I got them perfect pushup joints, some free weights, and an ab lounge. What stuff should I do with them? How should I be eating? I've already started taking Fish Oils and Sport multi-vitamins but is there anything else I could take to boost my endurance?

Boxing is a great first step to get back in shape, I would look into a more martial art orientated style like Sanshou.... never learned the sport but I always hear great things about it. everyone tells me its a great way to relieve stress, which will come in handy after the Warriors or Nuggets knock your heartless, gutless, pussified squad out of the first round

I would also buy a chinup bar, which should be around $20 to $30. Other than that, you should be good at home. Actually, you know what would be a great idea is if you can get your hands on the p90x DVDs, it is a great buy. I'm sure you can find a burned copy somewhere.

Your endurance will increase gradually as you work out and improve your respiratory system - i.e. your heart and lungs. Someone posted a HIIT thread or two. You should incorporate that into your workouts as far as cardio training is considered. I think you should start with aerobic cardio (jogging 20 to 40 minutes) 3 to 5 times a week for about a month or so, then switch over to anerobic cardio (like HIIT) and work your way up. Just google it and read from various sources and you should see results. From experience and from what I see, people tend to get better results their 2nd and/or 3rd months of working out than their first month, so just be patient and stick to it.

Sounds good, a friend of mine did P90X and got swoll as fukk in like 3 months. I heard that workout is intense as hell. So basically get my respiratory system in shape and then I can do everything else. I got a treadmill in the basement so i'll just run my ass off.
