im peepin some recipe's online im just curious. i swear to GOD my girl fixed some that made me wana slam her head through a window. it had NO seasoning, more bland than anything. i had to soak them joints in hot sauce

clean the chicken with water, flour and salt, chop up some potatoes really chunky and fry them - put aside, cover the bottom of the roasting pan in extra virgin olive oil, put the chicken pieces in it, stir up lemon, garlic, pepper and chilli (don't be stingy with this) pour it over the top, add the fried potatoes and bake for 15 min, don't let the dressing dry up and if you're feeling really martha stuarty put chopped up pumpkin and sweet potato in the pan aswell. easy.

i bake em with hella lawry season's salt. not healthy but it tastes like fried chicken lol. I love it.

ate em up earlier, but i put a little too much pepper on there. good but i nearly smoked me and my girl out of the house with all that seasoning

Salt & Pepper is the basic for everything, but I put lemon pepper on'em too.......it was real good. I use a oven. Don't use a microwave for anything raw. And it don't matter what I put it in.

if you're new to cooking, you may want to try those oven roasting bags if you're roasting a whole chicken; easier to keep the meat moist.

if you're more skilled.. cooking on a rack will crisp the skin nicely. and fresh rosemary is a must for me.
