Liotta w/ Poetic Prophetic

Liotta:

Enough is enough in this rough life,
smiled once when i lusted mics,
childhood dreams crushed twice,
don't know me by name on these blocks of the city,
underdog in this game that an up-set will suffice,
in this paradox of paradise,
i'm on the outside lookin' in,
i blame myself for givin' in,
to this web that i've spun,
so i'm bout to make amends,
cuz the truth is the youth inside this fountain's pretend,
but still we stay chasin' emotional facelifts,
triumphant sensational moments of greatness,
so embrace this mode, sample a taste of flow,
i take it to the next level, you goin' back to basics,
throne mystique vocal over-achiever,
motivational speak froze the dreams of the reaper
explain parasites feedin' off this believer,
just sink deep into my pages of the absynth ether

Poetic:

Stare into my cold eyes, watch my soul die
I coast by, it feels like a ghost goes by
Smoke la, stay high, when my throats dry
I quench my thirst only if the liquor proof's high
From analog to digital hi-fi
I try, I fall, I rise, don't cry
Say hi, then bye, no time to conversate
I'd rather contemplate on ways to shape my fate
Change my pace to a slow or fast rate
Won't settle for last place or get trapped in this lab maze
Travel where the path breaks win cash in this rat race
Stack Ben's fat face 'til its too high to calculate
In a state of depression my mind aches for progression
Beg for my soul's ascension into the gates of heaven
Every day's a blessing sometimes in disguise
The truth hurts, that's why the world's covered with lies

chorus: coming soon :-)

Liotta:

The devil's on my shoulders playin' both sides,
blended with the anger demented,
embedded,
in the center where the smoke rides,
stayin' hidden in the never-endin' epidemic,
battle between good and evil demons til the hope dies,
check the losses and wins, i adjust them,
if actions define me then sins are my customs,
here i stand alone, you pitch the last casted stone,
unmaskin' the passion in my raps when you bump em',
go ahead expose my flaws, instead of gettin' over yours,
it's a race against time too late to open doors,
kick em in, or mistakes forever burn,
from your soul to the skin,
it's a tough road to cross,
so i'm closing this entity,
accepting this role i was chosen to be,
now black roses bleed sympathy,
victory quotin' this notebook of ammo,
from the end to the beginning, get the piano,
play the overture(overchore)...

Poetic:

From the primordial fires I was baptized
Brainwashed and chastised 'til I broke through the cast iron
The Priory of Scion's last zion
With the heart of a lion and the will to keep fighting
Enlightened mind of acquired knowledge
Sent back in time to teach impoverished scholars
To worship the dollar and become demonic
Dine of fruit cocktail from the tree of knowledge
Amongst your brethren stay honest
Confront your nemesis play politics
How else do you think the Greats made their accomplishments?
- by conning all the novices
In public I'm humble but in private I struggle
If I walked among you, in retrospect I love you
The truth's too profound to smoke a blunt to
In life there's no mulligans or un-do's

I didn't make it passed the second verse.
I think it was somewhere around the seventh time you rhymed with "I".
Besides the fact that I am still unaware of the concept or subject matter.
