Probaly not. You need strength training and diet to add to it. Even then its still a harsh routine. Alot people burn out and quit. Pace yourself. What the fukk is the huury anyway?

smh if you got titties and a gut then you been fat for awhile...its not gonna disappear overnight.

you need to formulate a strength training and cardio routine as well as a strict diet. 30lbs in a month is still pretty unrealistic though unless you're really, really fat.

Yeah, you gotta figure his weight loss will probably be significant in the first 2 or 3 weeks but then it should level off.

2 - 3 lbs a week is good pace. I don't focus on the scale too much though. Cardio and diet should be key at first. Then gradually (s/p) increase weight in your strenght training.

Do have a gym memebership?

i don't have a gym membership. I don't really need one. my weight fluxuates like crazy. I can never stay in shape. I get myself into shape then let myself go again. I was never overly muscular just skinny and then fat skinny and now just fat fat

Right.... I ended buying a treadmill, olympic bench and dubells a couple years ago. It ended saving me some dough. When the equipments in the crib you really don't have an excuse either. Everybody falls off every now and then though. I just try to pace myself and work the routine day by day.

get on it every night and the weight will just go.....
you might not have good teeth or nice skin at the end of it, but you lose some to win some.

30 in a month is a LOT. How tall are you, how old etc. . those things are factors. 2 hours of cardio is way excessive. If you did some interval training. Google "HIIT training" and compound excersizes ( Squats, deadlifts etc ) you'll be on the right path.

More important than all that is your diet. If that ain't in check you got a LONG road ahead.
