lots of salmon, red meats, fresh vegetables, soy & linseed toast, protein shakes, banana & watermelon smoothies, low fat yoghurt, muesli & special k & fruit.
i'm lebanese, so i also make heaps of lebanese foods which are mainly vegetarian.
once a week i have hot and spicy chicken from kfc because my bf is addicted to it & it's a sacrifice i make for the relationship.

 lebanese? My kryptonite....

i've basically cut off close to all of the carbs i used to consume (bread, rice, potatoes) and i eat everything grilled (only use olive oil) ...chicken, salmon, trout, sole, lean beef, lean veal, horse meat...with a side of greens (salads, sautéed veggies)

protein shakes, almonds and nuts, lots of berries, peaches and apples to snack on.

keep an eye on your glycemic index y'all...you'd be surprised how much BAD carbs you can find in your food. Corn Flakes are just as bad as Fruit Loops, smh.

As beautiful as your face is I'd never touch meat for the rest of my life if you said so. Conversely, I'd also probably eat horse dikk everyday for the rest of my life if thats what you were into.

But back to the topic, I consume lots of whey shakes, lean meats, and eggs. Thats pretty much it as of this month.

 no i didn't forget you, i just didnt know they called you AG..:guilty:

AIGHT fine, ill leave the horse meat alone. Im sayin though, the horses they breed are bred for their meat. it's not like they just take any random horse and kill it.

@ this point anything I can afford but I consistently have protein shakes since I got a 5lb canister, raisin brand or whole wheat bread or anything with fiber.

And the weirdest meat I've ever eaten was deer.

:thumbsdow @ that logic. and the slaves they would breed were bred to work fields. they didnt just take a random person an enslave him.

you're eating a lot more carbs now that you're running, huh?

what about the marathon? wasn't it last weekend??

i'm still eating pretty healthy these days, but more carbs (pasta/potatoes) than before.. carbs are important for pregnant ladies.. plus it's a great excuse, b/c i missed the hell out of some potatoes!

tonight i'm roasting a whole chicken with rosemary, garlic, and lemon. going to make some mushroom risotto and a spinach salad with it.

oh, carrot cake is my favorite cake to make. i make a great one, so if you decide to make it, i can give you my recipe. i don't make mine with pineapple like some people:gag:, just the nuts and raisins.. and cream cheese frosting.

german chocolate cake frosting is the WORST, it's nothing but a bunch of egg yolks, sugar, coconut, and butter.. LOL.. carbs, fat & cholesterol, oh my!!!
