I'm in pretty good shape right now, I want to be in very good shape 9 or 10 weeks from now
No more fast food
No more chips
Very little juice, I'm drinking almost all water
Whey Protein
Creatine
I'm trying to find a fatburner to give me a boost...whats the best way to go? Hydroxcut?
What other supplements will give me energy in the gym to get better results? My bodyfat right now is 10-12%, id like to drop it to 8% and gain weight within the next 2 weeks

NO Xplode is a beastly pre-workout drink. If you're not exposed to caffeine on a daily basis this product will do wonders for endurance, intensity, and focus.
Other than that you're straight. I wouldn't waste money on fatburners.

the best and most efficient way to burn fat is actually lifting heavy, compound weights...while mixing in HIIT.

HIIT?
High. Intensity. Interval. Training.
i.e. - Sprints, Stadiums, etc. Basically, it's quick-burst cardio that promotes your body to use fast-twitch muscle fibers. You perform these intervals for around 20 minutes and when you're done you'll burn fat for up to 24 hours afterwards.
You can wikipedia it or search Muscle and Fitness's website b/c one of their past issues (couple months back) had like a 5-page report on HIIT and its benefits + sample routines to try.

Shorten your sessions if its too hard. Work your way up to longer times.

Why only 10 weeks? Just curious
I hate HIIT, but I love the results so I keep doing it. Started it about 8 weeks ago and lost about 10 pounds.
