ive been taking it for awhile. it could be a placebo to me, because since i started taking it ive gotten into better shape, but id like to think it helps. i originally started taking it because i have lyme disease, and do alot of physical work that puts a strain on my joints. over a year ago i got myself to finally get a workout routine going also, so i figured it would help with whatever ailments i have, and also help me with feeling better after workouts...
ive heard others say that they didnt notice a difference until they stopped taking it.
advantages are supposed to relieve joint pain. its supposed to lubricate your joints.

Yea if you workout alot or play sports its supposed to help your joints and stuff....some ppl get wrist or elbown or shoulder pain when they workout, or knee pain if they play sports so glucosamine/chondroitin are supposed to help alleviate some of that.....
I personally recommend Universal Animal Flex......goood stuff!!.....its alot of pills but its worth it!
