Anyone ever use this stuff? I pick it up from GNC today. It has Senna in it which I heard clenses the system.

Anyone ever use this stuff? I pick it up from GNC today. It has Senna in it which I heard clenses the system.
I use the Smoothe Move along with my master cleanser. It's pretty good though
