i may have a chicken salad here and there, a couple cans of pink salmon, some carrots, an apple. but other than that, nope. 8 packs aint cheap brotha

I'm on Muscle and Fitness's "Prime the Pump" workout routine. Training days have me supplementing:

30-60 minutes prior:
1.) 5g arginine
2.) 200mg Caffeine

Immediately before lift:
1.) 7g creatine
2.) 2g Beta-alanine
3.) 1g HMB
4.) 2g Taurine

Immediately post-lift:
1.) 10g creatine
2.) 1g Beta-alanine
3.) 2g Taurine
4.) 1g HMB
5.) 1g ALA

Immediately before bed:
1.) 1 ZMA pill - forgot exact amounts of each ingredient.

It's not too complicated....at least not anymore.

I'm on Muscle and Fitness's "Prime the Pump" workout routine. Training days have me supplementing:

It's not too complicated....at least not anymore.


Just to throw it out there...theres pretty strong evidence that suggests your body wont metabolize that much creatine. Essentially, you're just going to piss it out. 5g/day is sufficient.

Also, make sure you're drinking a lot of water. Ive personally seen someone who was taking high doses of creatine battle some kidney problems (granted their daily intake was like 2.5x more then what you're taking).

i'm using this too (pre workout ish, right?) do you think it really helps?? i don't really feel any "boost" of energy with it using 2 scoops... starting to semi think i wasted my money with this...

Depends how often you absorb caffeine and how long you've been on NO-Xplode.

I don't drink coffee or sodas. NO-Xplode is my only source of caffeine. And yes, its one hell of a rush. I cycle it one month on, one month off.

Energy also depends on what you've eaten and how much rest you have so take that into consideration too.

good looks for the feedback here and the other joint.... i shouldn't say i don't feel a rush.... bottle says use it 45-1hr before the workout...on my 25 min drive to work, i do feel madd amped..i gotta lead foot as is.. i just wanna mash that pedal after takin it, almost breakin my neck bangin something hard in the whip.... i don't drink THAT MUCH soda... maybe once a week if that... am i supposed to be cycling this shyt tho? and just for my info... what flavor did you get... really don't matta..i chug it down regardless (n/h).. but the fruit punch is eeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhh......

I wouldnt recommend those NO Boosters.....I think they are a waste of money.....If you wanna feel "awake" and pumped at the gym just drink a cup of coffee before you go or somethin.....

Yea you're supposed to cycle it. You're also only supposed to take it on workout days. If you were to just run I wouldn't recommend taking it. One month on, one month off is just fine. Some people reporting cycling 1 week one, 1 week off and had success. Its up to you. I'd just stick to 1 month on 1 month off.

I rock with fruit punch lol. Orange isn't bad either.

NO-Xplode isn't like your NO2s and Nitrix. It actually works lol. It's legit. There is a noticeable difference in endurance, fatigue, etc when I'm on it. The only NO product I'd recommend.

Also you should look into ON 100% Whey. I know for a fact it gives more protein per serving than Muscle Milk (which is so got damn delicious:)) and the included BCAAs make it ideal for post workout. My recovery is better when I'm on this compared to MM or Isopure. Never bothered with Nitro-Tech.
