Snoop has not been hot in the streets since his no limit days, It took him singing and hollering at a down south nikka AGAIN, to be even spoken about....
Common dont have the exposure these guys get, I love Common, but he underrated and will alwayz be and thats a fact, he dont get anybody asking him for 16, Wayne and Jeezy prolly have to turn chit down.....

if you wanna talk jumping on peoples songs bun b accomplished more in 5 years than wayne did.
we got it for cheap vol. 2 is better than any wayne cd or mixtape
the blue carpet treatment was one of the best CDs snoop has put together in years. the only rappers you should really have up here are T.I. and luda because they have been the only ones consistently dropping CDs and music.hell, they had roles in major movies that were critically acclaimed.

Okay I agree about what you said about Common, but Snoop?
Now that I look back, when the last time Wayne actual had a hot single
Nothing on the Carter or C2 was a hit
Wayne don't got nothing in hs discography touchin' the hottest of 'Drop It Like It's Hot' or 'Beautiful', those are international hits
Jeezy maybe 'Soul Survivor', but seein' this is an agrument about 'hotness' and not actual skill, you maybe able to make a agrument about Jeezy
But do any of these guys have a song touchin' 'Jesus Walks'?

Most of Wayne's "consistency" is underground and most people don't hear it really
he's had alot of sub-par guest appearance, but nothing has stuck really
Wayne's been consistently sub-par, where's Carter 3?

I know more about than rap than you can ever imagine or type about.
That Clipse statement is merely a opinion. The general consensus says Dedication 1 or 2, chitted on For Cheap terribly, I mean the green type.

the point i was trying to get across to dude was that you cant be named one of the top rappers of the past 5 years if you dont have hit songs to yourself.being featured on a song is a good way to stay relevant and in the spotlight but you cant place a rapper as the overall best without him having his own songs.

Yall falling into the same trap the old rappers are. It's no longer based on album sales, it's all about appearances and mixtapes. Those are what's determining who's hot. Now ask yourselves who the hottest rappers are right now.
And Game........, that niqqas all but forgotten.
