what about coke heads lol. i still find it hilarious that he made the song ima d boy and gets caught with coke on more than one occaision. that so goes against rule number 4 of the 10 crack commandments lol. but then again BG was on heroin for the longest and nobody really talks about that. i guess if your a fan/stan you could care less what they do as long as you like the music they make

should we bring jigga into this discussion or we ruling him out? i dont think his last few cds were worth buying even tho i did:sad: . i love jeezys music because he actually makes it so were it doesnt really get boring and if it does wait a week and its like it was brand new again

Naw, I think Jay is real down the totem pole when we talking last 5....He still tryna regain his swagger now.....And he doing a good job with that new track he got out 'Movado" or some chit like that.....That bytch is like
but naw he aint on top of either of those dudes. Jay smart, notice he has stayed relevant by absorbing himself in some way with the top dudes...Wayne, Jeezy

i find it hilarious how we down our rappers for rapping about things they dont do, but the first instance they do what they rap about we either call them idiots or we say the man trying to bring him down. only thing i can give TI credit for was not geting busted with a lil pea shooter or anything,if your gonna get taken down at least do it big.that pretty much did him in for runninng rap for a long time.

No, doubt about it, from buzz, mixtapes, quality of Retail albums, dropping heat on guest appearances these 2 dudes have consistently held it down the past 5 years
And thats including everybody from ya'll favorite boy Lupe, Jay, Tip, Snoop, everybody
Its like those 2 are the Kobe and Lebron of the Rap Game

I agree that Wayne has been 1 of the best overall, but not for the past 5 years, more like the last 2 to 3 years to be realistic, because before Tha Carter II dropped Wayne was looked at as a normal ass rapper let's keep it real, yea he had fans but it wasn't Weezymania like it's been the past 2 years. And What did Jeezy do so meaningful in 2007 for you to say he's 1 of the best overall?

To be honest with you, Like him or not Kanye West has been holding it down for Hip-Hop wayyyy more than Jeezy. Of course Kanye don't got the streets behind him like Jeezy, but he's more appealing to a wider audience. He been holding it down every since College Dropout came out 4 years ago. How many White people you think bought Jeezy last album.....Yea That's right 0.

cmon award shows, he at all the ones black people care about...Kanye use them big award shows just like the use him, he and they knew he gonna spazz out on tv and cuss out people backstage(he/they do it ever year) it equals rating, and good promo for Ye...

50 Cent caught a felony charge when he was 19 for slanging heroin and coke, plus people who don't even like him like Dom and Smurf have verified he was heavy into the drug game. I think 50 is wack as f*ck, but he definitely sold a gang of drugs at one point.

You got it wrong, I wasn't using Kanye's numbers to prove his album was that much better, I was just stating the facts, It is what it is i mean numbers do mean Something. But I think all 3 of Kanye's albums speak for themselves regardless of the numbers. IMO, some of the best albums of all-times didn't do HUGE numbers, like Reasonable Doubt. Yea, but Kanyes numbers IMO, was just icing on the cake in my argument.

Once again, my point is flyin right over yo head. I said numbers mean SOMETHING, not numbers mean EVERYTHING. If numbers didn't mean something there would be no reason to even keep track of numbers...RIGHT? So how you got me saying "The Inspiration" is better than "illmatic" out of that, I will never know.
